Happy Birthday, HoS!

One year ago, on December 15, I wrote and posted the first House of Smex ficlet. It was a crackbunny offshoot of the Alter Series, which was my first experience into a communal writting project like that. Because of my haremfic tendencies, I wrote a fic containing Roy, Ed, Al, Riza, and Masuta in a stable, fiveway relationship. I received many lovely reviews of it, and Gluttony played in the world as well(therefore, we can blame her for it).

Then that world exploded, and I eventually made a comm for it because we were upsetting a few of the less slashy people of the comm. A year has passed. HoS has grown(and how it's grown), been accused of stealing good writers(that's right, you belong to us), it's spawned its own offspring of a sorts, and even has an AU or two set up in it. I want to say thank you to everyone who joined, read, commented, or just hung out with us. We've had our quiet moments, we've had our fights, but we're still here, and most likely still driving people to frustration. I hope we stick around for a good long time.

Thanks for putting up with my strangeness, everyone! And a big thanks to hime1999 for not only putting up with us and letting us play with her creation, but playing along with us!
