Beware, DeathNote spoilers for those of you who just watch the anime and not read the manga. Do not go past this if you don't want to be a little spoiled.

Brain, no offense, but you are one odd little puppy.

Light/Misa are a somewhat canon pairing. They are going out, it technically is canon, though Light is a manipulative bastard. However, this is why you love Light, so I'll go with it, though I'm not a fan of them alone.

Light/L is also a pairing that they could almost make canon, though with a little less "see, told you" than Light/Misa. But you are also a slashy perv, so that makes perfect sense for you.

Light/Misa/L just appeals to your threesome kink. That and they are rather hot together, and the interactions between the three is pretty funny, especially after the forfeit, which is most of the time they are together.

Why the Misa/L, though? Why?

Anyone who can recommend fics for Light/Misa/L, Misa/L, and Light/L, please feel free to toss them my way. DN needs more love, and I love the interactions between those characters.

Also, D. Gray-Man? Damn you forgottenlover and a few of the Japanese artists I've seen stuff for. Tiki/Rabi is hot, as is Cross/Tiki. Does anyone know of things that will feed my lusthunger for those two pairings. My not so secret dream is to make Tiki the little black dress of DGM.*coughs*

I have a theory that Misa/L evolved in a very similar manner to how Vincent/Cid evolved: a few spoken lines that could very well be taken multiple ways. All Ls fault too: in the manga he calls Misa cute and Misa finds him to be a creepy prevert type periodically (CLEARLY signs for a wonderful pairing XD). Misa is also Ls second friend ever, apparently. And... that about ends it.

So basically, the pairing that REALLY should be questioned... is Ryuk/Light.

I've read very nice L/Light ficts though I have very few bookmarked. It'll take me a few days but you might get a future comment from me with the appropriate links. Oddly (or totally appropriately), I think some of my favorite L/Light ficts have involved alcohol in some way, because there is no L like Crack!L. Neko (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2755757/1/) is one of those kinds of ficts, with a pervery L smattering. Not exactly my favorite but not too bad.

Addition and Affliction (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2897057/1/) isn't a pairing per-say but its a quirky little drabble with L and Light.

Completely Unnecessary (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2770623/1/) for the crack. In a similar sort of vein is Good, Clean Fun (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2494478/1/) (which satisfies my love for ficts with rubby duckies... no really. Some of my favorite FFVII things involve rubber duckies. XD)

And... that's all I could think of right now. Of course, I can't find my favorite DN ficts on the net right now, which are also some of the best DN ficts I've ever read, and my most favorite isn't cracked out at all. However, tonight, you get moderate crack and drabble.

And yet no-one ever seems to. It's discrimination, that's what it is. I mean, come on - Light *told* Ryuk that he thinks he's cute, and finds humans boring. If Ryuk looked like Tsuzuki or somebody, the fandom would have been all over it. *pouts*
