Just sharing a few things:

First, from ciceqi, Santa with Zombies

Second, go check out 12daysofficmas. It's a neat little drabble challenge comm. The best thing about it is that you don't pick out a specific pairing or fandom. It's whatever you want to write for each day. Very interesting.

And, my new favorite comm, customers_suck. The creator of this comm is my hero. I find myself identifying the same types of people I deal with. I read and am like "know this person", and "oh, I've dealt with that type before" Plus it's fun to share other peoples misery with them. I recommend it for everyone. Even if you don't work in the retail industry, I'd say to check it out so you know what not to do.
