I want to blame Gluttony for this. I'm not sure why, but I do.
Based off the concept of Pride having Al's body. *grins* Not full scenes, or even close to being complete. Look it over at your own risk.
The homunculus smirked, fingers digging into the frozen Ed’s shoulders. “Don’t I look the least bit familiar, Mustang-san?”
“Here, let me help you,” purred the boy. He let go of Ed, and Roy knew that Fullmetal must have been in shock, because there wasn’t even the slightest attempt to shove the homunculus off of him. Not even when the sharp sound of a clap echoed through the room and the inhuman being pressed his hands against his face.
Now Roy knew Ed had froze. He knew why Al had made a strange whine and then went silent.
He knew the moment he was bronze eyes and dark gold hair replace violet slitted pupils and the darkness that was almost black.
The homunculus grinned at Roy’s surprise. “That’s right. You could never tell it with that piece of armor there, but Niisan and I look very much alike.” On the floor, Ed twitched.
“Pride,” he growled.
A grin that looked far too familiar graced Pride’s face. “Very good, Niisan. I knew you would figure it out.”
And, as another
Pride circled Al, calmly dodging each of the strikes. “What’s wrong? Are you afraid of the truth? Are you afraid to find out that you aren’t the real thing?”
“Shut up!” cried Al, his voice breaking. Nearby, Ed began to stir, shaking off the blow he had just taken. “Niisan told me that I was real. That’s all I need, and you can’t take that from me, you fake.”
Quick enough to blur, Pride leapt onto Al’s back, pressing his hand against the metal where the seal was. “If I pushed right now, you would be gone. How real is that? That with the a little bit of pressure, I could erase your existence. How would Niisan feel, then? Would he give up another limb to bring back something that might be nothing more than his own force of will? How do you know you are real, other than Niisan’s word?
Or do you?”
Pride leapt away as Al tried to pluck him from his back. “I’ll be around forever. I’ll be there to help him, I’ll be there to touch him. I can feel his warmth against my skin, and I can remember what tears feel like. Do you? Or could you even begin to imagine the pain he can still feel?
I can.”
Pride smirk as Al’s shoulders slumped. “Which of us do you think would make him really happy? A thing that might be a soul, trapped in a cold metal body, or someone who can give him a hug that isn’t hard, and is as soft as he is?”
Leaping into the window, Pride risked one glance back at Ed, who was still groggy. “Why don’t you think about that, metal one.”
Then he was gone.
These are just teasers. I guess they go better with the mangaverse, as I know it has nothing to do in the animeverse. Should I continue these?

-Pride is upset that they tried to use armor!Al to force Ed to do the stone (yet kinda victorious-feeling that Ed didn't do it. That's the proof armor!Al is nothing right there.) and he skips off to go see Ed even if Father prohibed him to get involved.
-Pride procedes to bait Al and run down his shaky 'self-esteem'.
-Pride gets mad at Ed for still picking 'that' thing over him.
-Pride attempts to lead Al to suicide because murder would just upset Ed and he doesn't want that (plus Father would strangle him).
-Edward flails a lot trying to believe in Al and making Al believe in himself.
-The other sins get involved to drag Pride back home.
-Maybe Pride actually asks Ed to help him. And Ed either does help (just to save the body?) or says screw you and lets Pride be killed.
-An ending of some sort occurs!
