You ever have those days when you know just how fucked up you are, and how bad you are for everyone around you?
Someone needs to come up with a way to wipe those out of your brain, cause they really suck. Probably for the best though.

Yeah, I've had days like that. Then I cancel all my plans for the day (if possible) and go back to bed until the next day.
