*ponders things*

Does anyone on my flist have an idea of what kind of programs you should have for making amvs? I have the odd urge to do so, but I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be helpful.

*pokes muses* You guys need to stop talking when I can't do anything.


Snippet of...well, crack. Inspired by the Captain Zack Sparrow video I posted a bit ago.

Smiling down at the pirate, Aeris couldn't help the quirk of her lips. "And if I was a good girl, Captain Fair, I wouldn't have stolen Cloud's necklace when I first met him."

Zack just grinned back, sitting up, his covers sliding down, even if he was still wearing his shirt and such under it, it was still an interesting sight. Aeris decided he looked much better without clothes, though, and set about working on it.

As she implied, she wasn't a very good girl at all.



There's more in my head, but this and the band au are hitting the bars in my skull and trading stories and it's -frightening-

I am so big into AMVs, you have no idea. I have a very large collection of really good ones - yeah, that obsessed.

Anyway, I don't make them, but I do have a source for opinions on software for you.

Hopefully you can see the page, without having to have a login, but if you need a login (it's free!) just go to the homepage and create one. Then log in and scroll down the sidebar on the left until you get to "software reviews" and "hardware reviews".

These are opinions from people who know their stuff and can recommend something good for you.

Speaking as n AMV viewer, I really enjoy the ones that are made with the Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas softwares.

Speaking as a one-time tinkerer of AMVs: Windows Movie Player is tricky to work with and WILL lock up (occasionally taking all your hard work and flushing it).
