Erin and I have gone through a lot of emotional turbulence over the last few months, but I think we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
She actually mentioned getting together with you to talk stuff out yesterday, but she's not sure she's quite ready yet. Please be patient with us.
On the D&D question; Nothing personal against Sam, but I don't think I'd work well in her style of gaming.

It would be good to talk to you guys again. You were great fun to hang out with. And I understand. I'm glad to hear you guys are doing okay. I never wanted to cause anything like that, ever.
