You know that Zack has a photographic memory - he just doesn't remember to consult it all that often. And Aeris helps out at the local school during plays, because no one else can make the sound board operate properly. Genesis is an expert at putting on makeup, due to having watched actors prepare for Loveless all the time. Sephiroth can do all sorts of performace dancing, including tap-dance (even though it was supposedly just so he could learn how best to move). Angeal can cook.
