How did you get your start in your current fandom?

Hmm. First FFVII fic I can recall reading was

madamhydra's CoI. I had been going through her RK stuff, and decided to read the rest of her stuff. So, suddenly, One-Winged Angel had a fandom. >.> *is bad*

Then I watched Advent Children, and that made my friend drag out the game. I watched that be played in chunks, and dug out what material I could find over the game. Started RPing, and

bard_linn kinda nudge me over the rest of the way. But she says it's still my own fault.

And now here I am, playing with pretty shiny things.

*laughs* I was so confused when I read CoI, and so I just went to learn more on the fandom. So it's all your fault that I'm in it now. And you should totally get why I squee'd the first time you replied to one of my fics.
