Damn cat.

Cloud should have known.

The kids had been upset when Tifa had called and said the cat had vanished. Cloud had felt a bit of a twinge, but, yeah, wasn’t that worried. This was the same animal that complained constantly about the calling silver human who had given nice scratches wasn’t around anymore. And then gave the kids big eyes until they fed him fish.

Damn cat.

So, yeah, it was missing, and now looked where it turned up. One moment, Kadaj had been going on about family and being a traitor, and he had just stopped. A bit distracted by the sharp steel by his face, Cloud had to take a moment to figure out why.

Kadaj was scratching the cat. Who was eating it up. “I’m sorry, but that water doesn’t have any fish,” the silver haired man was saying, and Cloud sighed and started to thump his head on the ground.

Damn cat.

pegunicent, all your fault. Give me more Itachi/Zack.
