I miss clichefics. You know the ones. It's the one where two people who really shouldn't be alone are forced to share one blanket. It's the one where you have people who are stranded on a shuttle, and there is no hope of escape and no distractions. Cabin in the middle of nowhere? Got it right here. Someone's sick and no way to get them to help, check. Or maybe help was just a long way off.

Clichefics and EFs have a lot in common. But they were fun, and it was always entertaining to try to write a new take on a cliche or read someone elses take on them. Except the Marysues. Those really bad MS that always seem to spring up with the clichefics. Not the parody MS, either. Those ones writen by people who really mean them. Written by people who have be writting long enough they should know better.

Maybe we should start a cliche challenge. You know. Fic or art, whatever, though it would be hard to do art cliche. Fic is much easier. I've seen some challenges, but never in fandoms I write for. Maybe the next Fluff vs Angst challenge can involve cliches.

Does anyone else miss clichefic? Or am I one of those lone folk.

Sorry about the babbling. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for both a four day old headache and a tingly arm. And I don't like doctors. They never know what's wrong with me and keep trying to send me to specialists. Don't like, don't like, don't like.

See, when you say stuff like that you just give me ideas. You just watch, now I'll end up writing a totally out of continuity D/G/V story where they're all trying to share one pillow. >_<

As for doctors, blargh, I hope it goes quick. Much luck. *hugs*

Funny you should mention that... Just last night, I was saying if Envy and Ed were stranded alone together with no hope of rescue, would/could Ed eat bits of Envy to stay alive, since Envy regenerates?

I hope everything goes well at the doctors. It could just be a sinus headache, and the tingly arm thing just a pinched nerve. Or you could get some kick ass drugs then write under the influence.
