Duuuuuuuuude. Not fair. I've yet to kill Madagascar if I didn't actually start in that country. How'd you manage?

Pandemic II. It's about making a disease that will wipe out humanity. It's -really- hard, and a majority of the time, the issues is Madagascar, which shuts its ports early and once it does, you can't infect it. 90% of the time, I can wipe out most of humanity, but there is still that pocket of survivors in Madagascar.
