I found you through a link from askerian to the Saki-chan story you wrote (at least I think that was what I found you through, it might have been some other Naruto fic you wrote as a gift). And I'm just going to repeat a request I put on the kickstart post over on livejournal: I'd like to see FFVII's Sephiroth's lover(s) realising that he's touch-starved. I'm pretty sure I found you by checking responses for fics from either ciceqi or chibirisuchan. I was searching heavily for good fic writes back then - specifically, for good fic writers who'd write good Cloud/Tifa, or Cloud-and-Tifa, because most Cloti fic I'd find only pissed me off. Any interaction between them in most fics I'd find seemed to be about the OMGDESTINEDMEETING or BESTCHILDHOODFRIENDSEVAR or WEAREANTICLERISTH, which makes me gag.

You didn't have any Cloti, but I liked your fics (principally OGToF), so I've been keeping an eye on you since.

Incidentaly, I'd love a Cloud-Tifa drabble. It doesn't have to be anything romantic, just them interacting in a way that doesn't scream EMO or UKE. Neither of them.

Cloud liked the beach. There had never been anything like this back home, even if home was Edge now. Still, he did like to get away from everyone, and having his own villa did help with that.

The sound of the waves was more a feel than sound, as he walked through the sand, the feel of water washing over his feet easy enough to detect, though he had to listen to hear the water over the sound of the birds.

Around him, seagulls were filling the air with sound, and he smiled, tossing up another handful of bread. It was torn into bits, making it easy for the birds to grab.

It wasn't anything demanding of his time, and it wasn't the quiet in his own head, and so Cloud loved it here.

It had taken some effort to get Seph to agree to the materia. It wasn't as if they hadn't all played with it before, but never in public. But it was the only way for this to happen.

Looking down the beach, Zack grinned at the looks the four of them were getting. Aeris had been far too amused when Zack had come up with this idea for a vacation, though it was -Cloud- who had had the idea for how to keep them from getting mobbed by people.

Not that they weren't getting a great deal of attention, but when four -girls- as hot as them went out, people were bound to notice.

Zack couldn't really grudge them it, though. Seph looked far too attractive in the bikini that Aeris had gotten him. How the woman had gotten Seph to wear it, Zack had no idea, but it looked good. Especially on a female Sephiroth.

Cloud looked just as good, though he had been a great deal shyer about going on like that, though Aeris and Zack had finally gotten him to do it.

And, well, Zack and Aeris had just enjoyed it, having a water fight while Cloud and Seph had just watched, more than half hidden under the umbrella. They were so pale Zack just knew they'd burn to a crisp if they tried to sunbath, but that was okay. They were still a lot more relaxed now than normal.

He did so love that little genderswitching materia he had found.

It was most likely Saki-chan. I don't have a great deal of Naruto fic. *grins* I'm glad you liked it well enough to stick around.



Seph was shaking.

For a moment, Zack wondered if he had actually hurt the man somehow. It didn't seem exactly feasible, but he couldn't imagine why else the other might be shaking like that.

It took a few minutes to put together the fact that the shaking was because Seph was -relaxing-. And the only time Zack saw someone shake like that when relaxing was when they had been tense far too long.

"Seph?"

A thin sliver of green as Sephiroth cracked open an eye and shifted enough to look at Zack through his hair with a low hum.

"You okay?"

Sephiroth was quite a moment. "It has been a while since someone was willing to do this."

Hands full of hair and a brush, Zack tried to imagine someone not wanting to touch Seph's hair. It didn't make sense, and he wondered just how long it had been since anyone -had- touched Seph. Actually, when he thought about it....

"Ah." He settled back into running the brush through the mass of pale hair.

He wouldn't ever do that to Seph. He wouldn't ever be too afraid to touch him.
