Just a few questions for all you FFVII people out there.

Started playing the game today. Took forever to find the second save point. The dancing one. But I have a few fic ideas, and I just needed a few questions answered.

Did Reno and Cloud meet in the game? Did Reno recognize Cloud, or were they complete strangers? I can see Cloud not recognizing Reno given his situation, but I was curious if it was the same for Reno. That urge to write a fic with Reno, Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth is growing, and I'm playing with ideas. Oh, almost forgot. How old is Reno? Is he Cloud's age?

Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth's ages are also a question. I've seen in more than one place that Zack is seven years older than Cloud, and Sephiroth is nine. Is that canon or fanon?

Edit: *kicks some more* Damnit! This is why I should stop reading fanfic. Now I have this bizzaro fivesome for FFVII. Once again, four boys and a girl, and it would have to be set after everything else. *scowls at the bunnies* I don't even know the characters that well. I don't need to write a fivesome. Aeris is just that flower girl to me at the moment, and I'm sure I don't have the personalities down for Reno or Cloud, and I might be able to make stuff up for Sane!Sephiroth and Zack, but.... *hides from the bunnies* Make them stop, please.

I'm not even sure if that's how Sephiroth's swordname is spelled. It's the most common variation, so I went with that.

Somebody want to adopt this? Or at least give me an idea of where to go with it?

*sniffs* That smells suspiciously like a troll on fm_alchemist. A big one.

Al is a witch. Okay.

The American and/or Japanese goverment is just covering up the promotion of witchcraft by calling it alchemy. Sure.

Thou shall not suffer a witch to live? That makes me laugh, and roll my eyes. This falls into the same sort of "ooh, look at the scary" that some people try to put Harry Potter in.

I highly doubt this person is serious, but I wonder how long it will take for the call of the troll to bring out it's prey.

*settles it* I've never been around when the call first goes out. It'll be like watching a nature documentry.

Edit: *snickers* I checked out her LJ, out of pure curiosity, and she's made a whole one post the entire time she's had it, and that was to make it a friends only journal. Granted, it's an older one, as iapetusneume pointed out. But if I was a troll, I would make several journals and just rotate between them. Not that it would work, because I have no idea on how the IP thing works, and I would be caught that way.

Edit Jr's Illegitimate Child: Now they are starting to creep me out a bit with the "anime/manga is a youth cult" at talking about the goverment that rules us all. Wouldn't the goverment have to let us pick whatever religion we want?
