Itachi has the silkiest hair. It's a blue black waterfall that curtains them when they kiss and spreads like an inky halo over the ivory pillow case as he sleeps. Unlike Zack's wild spikes bleached brown towards the ends from sun and chlorine, Itachi's hair is ever manageable. It's the source of envy from many a girl though the stoic teen hardly sees it as much of a boon.

The only time Itachi cares about his own hair is when Zack has it in a death grip, callused fingers twining tightly through the strands, voice close to breaking and muscles quivering under golden-tan skin. Then Itachi cares because Zack's too far gone to do more than whimper and thrust, eyes squeezed shut while he moves, is moved, mindless to everything but sensation.

Then Itachi cares, but only because he doesn't want to be bald.
